Refund Policy

This policy applies to Digital Flyer packages purchased from Instad Web Services Ltd., operating as Adviuz ("Adviuz", "we", "us"), Scotiabank Building, 111 2nd Ave S, Unit 400, Saskatoon, SK, Canada.

Before your campaign launches

If you cancel before your campaign goes live, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.

After your campaign launches

Once a campaign is live, we refund the undelivered portion of your package on a pro-rated basis. For example, if half of your purchased viewed flyers have been delivered when you cancel, half of your package price is refunded. Views already delivered are not refundable.

Package expiry

Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase. If your package expires with views still undelivered because of us — for example, we couldn't run your campaign — the undelivered portion is refunded. If delivery was paused at your request, we'll work with you to restart or refund the remainder.

AI Conversion Engine

Conversion Engine packages are prepaid. If you cancel before using any credits, you receive a full refund. Once credits have been used, the unused remainder is refundable on a pro-rated basis within the package’s validity period; expired credits are not refundable.

How to request a refund

• Requests should be made within 30 days of the event giving rise to the refund (cancellation or package expiry).
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
